About stART:
A Children’s Outreach Program

Florence Art School has an annual education outreach program for the 3rd grade classes in the Ashe County Schools which includes a visiting Children’s Book Author and a kit of art supplies for the students to use in the classroom and taken home at the end of the year. Unfortunately, the Corona Virus Pandemic has postponed the artist presentation until the 2021-2022 school year however Florence Art School has assembled these kits for Ashe 3rd grade students to have the opportunity for creative clay making over the summer months.

Made possible through the Dr. Edward Spaulding Perzel Children’s Fund.
