GENERAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES
Ready to have fun and venture into the medium of Alcohol Inks. We will be painting with them on Silk scarves. You will be amazed at the results of your original piece of wearable art.
Each student will complete two silk scarves using various techniques.
Students need to bring an old bath sized towel to catch water. It may become stained by the dye which is permanent. Also, wear appropriate clothing and/or an apron.
Lydia is a multi-faceted comtemporary artist. She has developed her artistic talent by attending numerous classes, workshops and private lessons. She works with various mediums depending on the project she is working on. Her overall interest in bold colors and unique designs are tributed to her Hispanic roots.
Lydia, is a member of Blue Ridge Art Clan and High Country Watermedia Society. She presently serves on the board of Florence Thomas Art School.
