Policies and Procedures
ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION POLICIES

-
Spots for classes, workshops, and events are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
Tuition must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. A spot is only guaranteed upon receipt of payment.
-
Waitlists are available for many workshops and events. Waitlisted students will be contacted in the order they joined if a spot opens.
-
Classes require a minimum of six enrolled students to proceed. FTAS reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment. Students will receive a full refund if a class is canceled.
-
Make-up classes will not be offered for student absences, nor will class fees be prorated.
-
Some workshops require the purchase of materials. Materials must be obtained before the first class; many supplies are available for purchase in our gift shop.
-
Registration requires a valid email address, which will be added to our monthly newsletter. You may opt out at any time.
-
By enrolling, participants consent to the use of photos or videos taken during classes for educational or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
