Working with one's inner child helps people connect more deeply with themselves and their needs, access deeper levels of creativity, tap into more joy, imagination and resilience. Through guided meditation, intuitive finger painting, reflective journaling prompts, and a supportive group discussion, participants are invited to explore self-expression, mindfulness, and personal insight. Paint Your Own Sunflower Barn Quilt

Make Your Own Felted Soaps

Participants will create 2 felted goat soaps using wool roving wrapped around a bar of soap. Through a simple wet felting process, the wool fibers bind tightly around the soap, creating a gentle exfoliating layer that extends the life of the soap and adds a unique, colorful design. This session encourages creative expression through tactile exploration.
